•Do I need a referral?
No. Individuals may apply directly. Referrals are also accepted from hospitals, behavioral health providers, social workers, case managers, and community organizations.

•What services do you provide?
We provide safe, affordable independent housing in a supportive environment. We also work with community partners to connect residents with additional resources as needed.

•Is this an assisted living facility or nursing home?
No. Bright Bridge Living Services is an independent living program. Residents must be able to manage their own daily personal care.

•How long can I stay?
Length of stay varies based on individual needs, program guidelines, and housing availability.

•How much does it cost?
Costs vary depending on the housing arrangement and funding source. Contact us for current rates and available options.

•How do I apply?
Complete the Housing Application on our website. Our team reviews every application and will contact you regarding the next steps.

•How can agencies refer a resident?
Healthcare providers, hospitals, behavioral health facilities, social workers, and community organizations can complete the Referral Form available on our website.

•What happens after I submit my application?
We'll review your information and contact you within 2-3 business days if not sooner to discuss eligibility, availability, and the next steps.
